KVGS General Meeting featuring Kalamazoo's Lucinda Hinsdale Stone Chapter DAR
Monday, June 15
KVGS General Meeting featuring Kalamazoo's Lucinda Hinsdale Stone Chapter DAR  (KVGS Events)
7:00 pm
Portage District Library, 300 Library Lane, Portage, MI and on Zoom - Socializing/Swap, 6:15 pm

Please join us for our June general meeting at 7 pm, followed by a presentation from Kalamazoo's Lucinda Hindsdale Stone Chapter DAR. Members and guests alike are always welcome!

This event is hybrid: at the Portage District Library and on Zoom. Socializing, refreshments, and an annual "Genealogy Swap" beginning at 6:15 pm at the library. Register in advance if you plan to attend the 7 pm general meeting via Zoom.

With that, we invite you to participate in our annual "Genealogy Materials Swap" at the library. This is a perfect opportunity to trade the research materials you are finished with for fresh, new-to-you resources. (You do not need to bring items to take items home - all are welcome to browse!)

KVGS members can expect to receive a meeting reminder email and Zoom link a few days before the meeting.  Zoom visitors, please email us at info@mikvgs.org for the registration link.

Visit https://www.lucindahinsdalestone.com/ for more information about Kalamazoo's local DAR chapter.

We look forward to seeing you on June 15, either in person or via Zoom!

KVGS will participate again this year with a cultural booth to foster interest in genealogical activities. We need approximately 8-10 volunteers to work for 2-3 hours on the day of the event, in teams of 2-3. Will you help? If so, please contact Pam at info@mikvgs.org to add your name and contact information to our volunteer list.
